Our nurse will meet with you or your loved one at home, in a facility where he/she currently resides, or in one of our offices to provide a physical and nursing assessment.

Our nurse will:

• discuss the options for services in the community.
• assist you in finding funds to pay for the home care service that you need.
• make refferals and assist you to obtain necessary services.

This nursing consultation is free of charge to all potential clients. Our nurses find creative ways to meet your health care needs!
