Barry has been with the company since its inception and has been involved in numerous areas of the business, including overseeing finances and ensuring that the needs of both clients and employees are met. This role has allowed Barry the opportunity to meet a diverse group of people and his favorite aspect of his job is learning about other cultures.

Barry is husband to President of the company, Martha Hamm, and has two children, Carolyn and Jeff. Barry enjoys traveling, boating, working on his home remodel, and lobster dinners with his family.
