The state of Massachusetts does not offer a specific license for private pay home care agencies. In response to this, The Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts created an accreditation program in 2010, which rigorously screens agencies based on fifteen standards of care.
​Best Home Care proudly received our accreditation in 2018. This seal of approval lets our clients and their families know that we have been thoroughly vetted by an independent agency and deliver the highest standard of care.
The Home Care Aide Council is a non-profit which establishes standards of best practice, educates leaders in the industry through evidence-based training, and supports and advocates for the home care workforce.
