Are services available when I need them?
We provide home health care service, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. No minimum number of hours is required, only a 24-hour notice in case of cancellation.
Our office staff or on-call staff are always available to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
02/
Does Best Home Care supervise the employees and the care provided in the home?
Yes! All of our caregivers attend an orientation program and receive additional in-service education annually. Field staff are given a detailed personal care plan and registered nurses are available to instruct and improve the care provided. Whenever a nurse supervisor visits the home, the client’s condition and care plan are reassessed, and changes in the plan of care are made as needed.

I am a healthcare worker. How do I find out more about joining your team?
We are seeking reliable, kind, and caring individuals to provide companionship, homemaking services, personal care, and nursing services. Check out our Careers page for more information on employment opportunities, as well as our FREE Home Health Aide Training Program.
What is the difference between a home care agency, a registry, and an independent employee?
Registry
A registry is an employment agency that, for a fee (usually a percentage of what you pay the caregiver), will refer and place personnel in your home. When you hire someone from a registry, you become the employer and assume full responsibility and liability for that nurse or caregiver.
Home Care Agency
Best Home Care is a medical home health care agency. Our employees are licensed, bonded and insured by state and federal laws. All of our employees receive orientation and instruction about the quality of service that we expect each caregiver to provide to our clients. We are the employer and you do not assume any liability for that employee. We provide a plan of care and supervise each of of our employees while in your home.
Independent consultant
An independent consultant is a person that you interview, hire, and train to provide the health care services that you determine to be necessary. You become the employer and assume all liability for accidents that may happen in your home.

Emmanuel (Manny) Byarugaba
CNA
Hi, I am Emmanuel Byarugaba, a certified nursing assistant with 12 years of experience in this field, which I am very much proud of. I love caring for people, especially the elderly, and giving them the best quality and excellent care that they deserve. I love promoting and giving them their independence back because it means everything to them.
When I am not working, I love going out for dinners, going to the gym, the movies, and taking long walks. Since I became a certified nursing assistant, I realized it's the most rewarding career because you touch so many lives with love and care. That is the best feeling in the world - knowing that you make such a difference in their lives each day. Thanks so much and God bless.
Tracy Moore
CNA
I've been doing this work for over 15 years and I love it! Nothing is more rewarding than walking into a client's house and they light up when seeing you!
When I'm not working, I'm at home enjoying my family and animals and gardening in my backyard.
The best compliment I've gotten was my client saying there's no one else she'd rather be quarantined with than me!
I'm proud everyday. I'm proud of myself and the work I do because I know I make a difference in someone's life.
