Best Home Care is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator for our Andover office.
Responsible for answering phones, coordination of care, responding to requests for contract and private intakes, the scheduling of field staff, and recording schedules, notes, services authorizations, client and employee information in the computer scheduling software.
This position requires attention to detail to ensure that scheduling of services in the computer is up to date. New intakes must be received and responded to in a timely, accurate and detailed manner. Customer service skills are required to ensure that field staff employees, clients, family members, case managers and referral sources are given accurate and necessary information and responded to in a professional manner.
• Spanish speaking a must
• Customer service, coordination and or scheduling of services.
• Computer skills including ability to use scheduling software.
• Demonstrated professionalism, and organizational skills
Experience is preferred
